The runs listed here are FREE. RunnerMama does not charge for training, feed-back, event coordination or coaching sessions.

Note:  Some runs may be more difficult than others due to fitness level, pace or terrain.

This group is designed for the couch surfer to novice adult runner. (Average pace 11:00 – 13:30)


Learn the basics of running while following the Jeff Galloway method of run/walk/run training and conditioning for fitness. The group run takes participants through approximately 2-3.5 miles of path and road running. Route will vary from week to week. Expect urban running terrain that may include hills, flats, paths and city sidewalks.


What to bring:

Dress for the weather. Wear comfortable athletic shoes and clothes for movement.

Tuesday - Speed Work

This group run is designed for the novice to intermediate adult runner. Workouts may include core strengthening pre or post run.   (Pace & Distance Varies)

Sunday
Time:  8:00 am

This group run is designed for Spring Marathon and Half Marathon distance training and not recommended for beginning runners or those who have not built up a base of 25-30 miles per week.


What to bring?

Dress for the weather. Items such as a hydration pack along with, tissue, lip balm, personal fuel and a cell phone are strongly encouraged.
